Customers can book online using a personalised form, can pay deposits automatically and can amend or cancel a booking. Waiting lists can be added and VIP customers have priority in the booking process.

You can create multiple table set-ups for your restaurant, PrenotaSyst will then automatically assign customers. You can decide which are your best tables and the system will prioritise VIP clients or customers with a higher rating. You always have the possibility to amend current arrangments directly from the planning.
